Real Estate Industry Receives Web 2.0 Capabilities through AgentCasts

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--A recent report from the California Association of Realtors(R) voices the need for property sellers to invest both time and marketing dollars into their online efforts. According to their report: 92 percent of Internet buyers found their agent on a Web site, 63 percent were found through an Internet search engine, and not a single internet buyer utilized brochures, flyers, yard signs or mailers to find their home.

AgentCasts, the leader in video and Web distribution solutions for real estate professionals, has recognized this trend and recently announced their national end-to-end video solution - AgentCasts Local. Real Estate Agents and Agencies can now look to AgentCasts to assist in the production of their on-line real estate listings and video tours.

"AgentCasts was created to provide simple and affordable solutions that allow real estate professionals to benefit from the immediacy of the world-wide Web," states Dan Dashnaw, President of AgentCasts. "Our team of video experts has been able to produce high-quality video tours from existing listing photos or video provided by agents. Now we have created a national network of videographers to make the process even easier for our clients. AgentCasts has created AgentCasts Local - the national end-to-end video solution."

AgentCasts Local is a new end-to-end solution allowing agents and agencies to cut time and stress out of their property listing endeavors and concentrates on buyer and seller satisfaction. AgentCasts has contracted with video professionals across the country that will work with agents to record their property listings. This process continues with the AgentCasts production team that edits the video tours, provides audio narrations, and inserts custom graphics and transitions to complete the Web-ready video. In addition to full-scope video production, AgentCasts also hosts your videos, allowing Realtors(R) to post their video tours on their real estate and personal websites, advertisements, or anywhere they'd like across the web.

To complete their total video tour filming, production and hosting services, AgentCasts rounds out their solution with total search engine saturation and optimization. Every video tour created and hosted by AgentCasts is distributed online to the most relevant locations on the Web including YouTube, Google Video, Yahoo Video and MetaCafe - just to name a few. AgentCasts' distribution strategy works to immediately improve traffic to your listings by posting your videos to top web video and podcast destinations online.

"Video listings enable real estate agents to offer their viewers a compelling visual display of a property listing, allowing them to find your business across the web wherever your listings are posted," continued Dashnaw. "In the heavily-populated realm of online real estate, this serves as a huge advantage to real estate agents and sellers who are looking to 'rise above the noise' online."
