This strategic collaboration will strengthen YCCD’s commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and inclusivity, ensuring that projects are awarded fairly and efficiently while meeting the rigorous California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) standards.
